Our Team

Anthony heads Video Vistas and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola University in New Orleans. Anthony has been designing computer software since 1997 and his applications have appeared in numerous publications including TIME, The San Jose Mercury News, and CNET. In 2005, he moved from New Orleans  to Raleigh in search of higher ground, lighter winds and a stable environment to launch a tech start-up. He presently has absolutely no spare time to pursue any of the twenty or so activities he enjoys.

Dan just retired from a 22 year computer programming career in the USAF. He still can't fly a plane but his coding skills have made our app soar and do things we never thought possible. And, he does it all on his 1981 TRS-80.

Tim
handles the numbers at Video Vistas. He earned a B.S. degree in Management from Tulane University and an MBA from Loyola University in New Orleans. In his free time Tim enjoys baseball and finding tiny bugs in computer software that no one else would ever notice. Everybody likes him.

Rachel is the one who makes everything pretty, or in other words, is in charge of graphic design for Video Vistas. She has an AAS in Advertising and Graphic Design, and graduated from Wake Tech  with the Student of Excellence Award. She is being forced against her will to learn a bit of programming code as well (Thanks Dan!) In her spare time, she enjoys hanging out with her hubby, surfing online forums like GaiaOnline and Zantarni, and shoe shopping.

James designs and supports our databases. He graduated from University of Minnesota with a Bachelor degree in Computer Science. His spare time is occupied with tennis and his son. In fact, we constantly reprimand him at work for watching Youtube tennis videos. He claims to be testing the application, but we know better.

Karen handles communications and marketing duties at Video Vistas. She received a Bachelor of Science in Communications degree from Loyola University. As a former television news reporter, Karen was broadcasting herself while the Youtube guys were still riding their big wheels. Karen occupies her spare time with classic rock, vintage computers and F1 racing.

The Video Vistas Advisory Board gives advice to Video Vistas on technical, legal and strategic issues that occur over the course of the company’s operations.
